I found easy is courage because i courage myself to do things and do'
my best, the hardest thing I found is commitment some time i can't thing that well but i still can 
make decisions and make a right choice to be a leader so as 
everyone else

    Hello Niel, I love how you remembered to do a proper blog posts. Also I can see that your definitions for the 5 c's are very accurate. Maybe next time you could proofread your work.
